These rankings reflect what participants actually said — not what we think they should say. Here's exactly how the numbers are calculated.
Verbatim responses
Every phrase is stored exactly as submitted. Nothing is paraphrased or reworded before it enters the data.
Grammatical variants only
Spelling variations and grammatical forms of the same word are combined — for example, 'honest,' 'honesty,' and 'being honest.' Conceptually related but distinct words are kept separate.
One count per person
Each participant is counted once per characteristic, even if they described it in more than one way across their three responses.
Fully transparent
